Atakey is the leading producer of frozen potatoes in Türkiye. It was established as a joint venture by Özgörkey Family and Ata Holding, one of the leading conglomerates in Türkiye, to produce frozen potatoes for Ata Holding’s quick service restaurant business.
Ata Holding owns Tab Gıda owning the master franchise rights of Burger King, Arby’s, Sbarro, Popeyes in Türkiye and Burger King in China.
Tab Gıda acquired 50% of Atakey.

With 2018 sales of US$21.6 billion, Eaton offers energy-efficient solutions that help its customers effectively manage electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power. It has approximately 99,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.
Eaton acquired 82% of Ulusoy Elektrik for US$235 million.
