The ideal candidates for this position should have a strong academic background and relevant experience. This includes:
A GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher from a top university, either in Turkey or abroad
A graduate degree (MBA/MSc/MA) or an undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or a related field, with a focus on accounting and finance courses; or an undergraduate degree in one of these fields
Previous experience in investment banking or related fields, such as transaction services, private equity, corporate finance, or business development is a plus.

Analyze financial and operational data of a wide range of companies
Actively contribute to the marketing and execution of transactions
Research new areas for business development and support marketing efforts
Prepare information memoranda and presentations
Participate in the due diligence process and contract negotiations
