Sumika based in UK has been manufacturing thermoplastics for over 30 years and develops, manufactures and offers a wide range of thermoplastic polyolefin based compounds and elastomers.  Sumika's shareholders are Sumitomo Chemical Group, Itochu Corporation and Toyo Ink. 

Sumika acquired 100% of Emaş.

Arıtaş is a manufacturer of cryogenic systems and components for over 35 years. Its products are exported to more than 75 countries worldwide for the new manufacturing facility in Bandırma, Türkiye. Arıtaş was owned by Worthington Industries.
