ISS Türkiye, subsidiary of ISS A/S (Denmark), is a leading facility management services company providing cleaning, catering, security, and other facility management services, partly owned by Actera, leading Turkish private equity group.

ISS Türkiye acquired 100% of Rönesans İşletme Hizmetleri.

Propak is a leading flexible packaging manufacturer in Türkiye, exporting 70% of its production mainly to Western Europe. The company is owned by Yıldız Holding, owned by Ülker family.

Constantia Flexibles based in Austria is the world's third largest producer of flexible packaging. The company operates 37 facilities in 16 countries with 8,300 employees.

Constantia Flexibles acquired 100% of Propak. 

USK is a leading carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and polyanionic cellulose (PAC) manufacturer in EMEA and in Türkiye with an annual production capacity of 40,000 tons. Exports to over 60 countries account for approximately 80% of sales. The company employs around 250 people.

Ak-Kim is a manufacturer of inorganic, organic chemicals, textile auxiliaries, pulp and paper chemicals, water treatment chemicals, cement grinding and concrete admixtures. Ak-Kim is owned by Akkök Group, a leading conglomerate in Türkiye with operations in chemicals, energy, real estate and textiles industries, with a turnover of US$2.6 billion.

Ak-Kim acquired 100% shareholding of USK.
