Bunzl is global business outsourcing and distribution company with US$9 billion revenues in 2014. Bunzl is listed on the London Stock Exchange FTSE100 Index.

Fosroc is specialized in cement additives, concrete admixtures, waterproofing membranes, grouts and repairs, sealants, coatings and flooring. As a subsidiary of Dubai based JMH Group, Fosroc has around US$500 in revenues and is active in Europe, Asia, Middle East, India and Far East.
Fosroc acquired 80% of İdea.
