Saya Group acquired 100% of Volt, the leading manufacturer of small-sized asynchronous electric motors in Turkey.

Established in 1966, Volt is a leading manufacturer of electric motors in Turkey. The Company’s product line mainly includes asynchronous single phase motors, asynchronous single phase centrifugal pump motors, asynchronous single phase centrifugal pump motors with run capacitors, asynchronous three phase motors, asynchronous three phase centrifugal pump motors, and special purpose motors. Operating with more than 200 employees in its 28,000 sqm state-of-the art manufacturing plant in İzmir, the Company has an estimated market share of ca. 30% in the small electric motors segment.

Saya Group was established in early 2006 by Sancak family with a view to replicate the family's success in the pharmaceuticals and cosmetics sectors within Hedef Group .
